In this remote role based in the CST time zone, you will focus entirely on keying member and provider claims with a high degree of quality and productivity. This is a non-phone, heavy workflow environment where you will process various change requests, provider selections, and first-time claims. You will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST, with significant overtime expected (up to 10 hours a day, 58 hours a week, including potential Saturdays). The position begins on September 28, 2026, with a mandatory one-week virtual training requiring cameras to be on. There is also potential for this role to extend or convert to a full-time employee. Must have reliable internet speed (with a hotspot backup if needed) and the ability to work remotely without disruption in the CST time zone.
